They removed the MVsC2 machine at uni. But they left SF3 3rd and 2nd ... which are the best games, far as I'm concerned, for graphics and play. It takes a bit of skill in those games, and the skill DOESN'T merely involve the old launcher + lp + lk + lpl + lk + hp + hk combo, or its variations. I mean, really, an air combo? Once you've mastered those, you can basically wipe the floor with about 2/3 of the competition. Yeah yeah, bitch bitch, I know, but then again, I happened to be one of the 2/3 who never bothered working the timing on the air combos/chain with the super stuff. But the cactus guy is sooooo cool.
So, as for best couple, it is SO Ken and Ryu. Ken provides the good looks with piss-weak attacks, and Ryu the dirty laundry. A team made in heaven. Akuma should also have some demon girl friend. Morrigan, maybe? I LOVE her winning pose in MvsC - she nearly falls outta her top! Its kinda sad I wrote that, actually. Speaking of sad, MvsC2 has some fairly sad techniques, compared to the SF3 series - I gotta agree with the troyster here, Capcom simplified the whole thing. Sure, it still has some skill needed - esoteric bits of tidbit skill that aren't really needed to win, but are good anyway. But mostly its about: 1)Knowing the combo 2)Doing a jump-in, getting a window to do the combo 3)Doing the combo Hmmm, wait, no, I think I will stop here. I might want to do some work... Oh! Saw Star Wars 2 today! Its good, better than 1 anyway (well, not saying much here) - but geeze, it wasn't a GREAT film. It was good, not great. Not like the originals - they had a good villan (darth) and a nice plot. This has shabby acting (when you watch it, the opening sequence, where the Queen/Senator's body guard pulls out his gun and acts concerned is SOOOOOOOOOOO badly acted. I cringed) and more shabby acting (I think the actors can't act "normal" when they are pretending to be surrounded by 10000000 robots, 7 waterfalls, a forge and so on, but are actually surrounded by blue). Obi Wan (mcgregor) was, sadly, somewhat lacking in his earlier acting abilities, and came off kinda weak. And Anakin? crape man, some of that romance stuff was straight from "Days of our Lives"... |
please lock this topic..how pointless

Ruby Heart is an air ship Captin (don't know from what game though) Again Servbot is the servent of Trone Bonne one of Mega Mans enmies (preety good character at that) And last but surely not least Roll is Mega Mans sister. Now for the couples:
Ryu=Sakura Ken=Karin Ryu=Rose (could be:) ) Chun-Li=Fei Long (not sure but I think so) Cammy=Guile Gamibit=Rouge T.Hawk=Juli Storm=Wolvarine Li=Sakura(different Sakura)(sighs* know I'm gona get it for this one) ZeroEnna=his repairer (can't remember her name forget it) Yusukey=Kayko(ok I'll quit messing around) Cyclopse=Jean Grey Cecil=Rosa (tecnicly they are) Chrono=Princess Nadia Link=Zelda(duh! Ok now I'll stop  ) Morrgan=Cable MegaMan=TronBonnie What the heck!? I always thought Mika was Zengief's daughter... And now for the real and jokes couples DXZero=Roll Now the Jokes Bison=a moose Dan=a mirror Centinal=Servebot Eliza=Blanka (acctually it might be true) Akuma=Felicia (thanks Tarkan) [I] "To those with dreams fly to your dreams" (Edited by ZeroEna at 9:26 pm on May 25, 2002) |
That cat woman is Felicia from dark stalkers, and no Mika isnt geifs daughter, since Mika is surprised of meeting gief.
