For the last frigin time people it doen't matter if optic blast cancel the hadoken or that or that the mega optic blast can cancel the shinku hadoken it all depends on your sorry frigin ability! And yes I know that Ryu now is better than Ken but at the beggining Ken was always the one kicking Ryu's carcas but later Ryu understood what he was doing and focused but Ken didn't understand that for a while untill Alpha3 when Sakura some what woke him up from what was holding him back and finnaly after he beat Bison he even started training all over Japan (Zero starts training like Ken at the end of SFA3) It doesn't matter what the game says but your ability to use the character! Because of my ability to use Ken I can even Kill off Storm and Magneto with ease. (and a little help from his dragon punch and kick :tounge2: Ryu and Ken are like their master Gokuens said before Akuma killed him. Ken and Ryu are like the ying and yang of the Shatoken style :yinyang: not as in one evil and one good but as the same style yet stronger in some places. You can't do that with Kariin and Sakura because they aren't the same style Karin uses some kind of odd slap combo style that involves making weird poses as attacks too.( kinda like Great Saiyaman Poses) And for gods sake Akuma and Nate QUIT DOUBLE AND QUADRUPLE POASTING!!!!!!!!! :angryfire: :angryfire: :angryfire: :angryfire: :angryfire: there's this magical thing we like to call an edit button!!!! Cyclops is better than Ryu. My points:

Cyclops is faster
Cyclops is stronger
Cyclops has multi-hit projectiles
Cyclops has more priority on that chart
Cyclops has a projectile that covers the whole screen
Cyclops can aim one of his supers if it misses

Ryu sucks against cyclops.
his optic blast goes through almost all projectiles and it can be done very quickly.
So ryu is no match for cyclops

I think so, most ryu users mostly fireball, cyclops and also do the same thing, and if they choose to fight, cyclops got some cool kicking hits, so I think that is a good challenge
