lag doesnt teleport them they moved ther on thier own u just didnt see them do it

i know just sometimes when sent does special people appear infront of u...

yep all the time and they cancel your super out.

i usally start with a jump do a round house then hadoken and keep on doing that.when they reach lv 1 i take 3 jumps or 4 to come close to him and hes super misses

i cant really explain mine ...
