No steven, its not a browser, its a cable company like ADELPHIA, COMCAST and others... so thats what they mean, and it costs &#3640-50 a month! but, I use adelphia and it only lags me (a lot) not mym opponent (well, not much, if you wanna see it for your'self have a match with me and watch, "you'll be LAG free for sometime...) Grrr I hate this...
