If your whole arm is getting cold your doing it wrong. If you do it right you'll know it. You should stand perfectly straight with arm directly out in front of you like this l- . Thats the best I can describe it. It doesn't matter what wall you face. What you were feeling is lack of blood in the arm, which is totally diffrent. This should feel like thick bands coming down your arm every other second. It should feel like a cool wave running down your arm and going away repeaditly. I have never tried Karama's way, but I asure you if you do it right you'll get it. It takes practice tough to master. Sometimes it helps if you stay in a meditated state for a minute and try to relax every muscle in your body and remain completly still, then try it. KLeep working at it and you should get it :shocked:

it is very easy to channel your energy into one spot if that spot is a MEMBER of your own self... like the hands, head or things like that, but being able to propel it, use it on objects to move them (telekinetics) that is very very very very very hard to do, some have more concentration then others, that's why some do it easily but other can't simply do it !

for myself, i can easily do the ENERGY ball thing, but above 1 foot radius, it seems that energy ball just dissolves ! i just can't go over the first stage which is creating it !

i thinks that's why some has the ability to move objects.
my friend in very close range can bring a pencil to him without touching it. no tricks, very scary, but it is in very close range to it. anything above 10 centimeters away from his hand is not going to come to him !

see, that's how energy works, but unlike DBZ, i doubt you can do beams with it, i mean it is so long to actually channel that i doubt anyone will someday be able to do such things !

DarkSamurai way is one of a kind, but every other techniques is good enough. all that is really needed is concentration. don't ever try to do those in public like bus. the chances of success are slim.

concentration is the key, that's all !

Karma I tried your way and I was able to do it up to a 1/2 a foot before the ball disapeared. It felt like a magnet was between my hands and it was pushing it away. Thanks for the info on your method I'll show it to my cousin :D

just retryed my own method about 30 minutes ago !

couldn't even do above 1/2 foot with it...
seems i didn't try enough, or it could be the fact i its been around 6 years since i last did it !

its not about gayness or strenght....
much more about self discipline and coolness...
i mean, i was doing it at times where i was pretty much too stressed. those days, it was taking me about 10 minutes because my mind wasn't into it ! but after that, i was able to completely focused on my exams !

see... its not about power or strnght, but all about what a man can do, and learning the basics of what we are all about. after all, its our energy that makes us laught, cry and other things like that, its what makes us alive after all !

for me, it is much more of a way to concentrate on more important things, a way to mind myself into what i have to accomplish. it was also because ENERGY manipulation was talked much by the rest of the group i was in ! i kinda loved that group, it came back when i started listening to DBZ !

So lets say this whole 'energy' thing works...what does it do?
