basically, when we start cloning humans... were basically saying "End Of the World" and America would be 1 reason why the world ends! b/c they have the supplies to do so...

True what you said...though some only look at one thing, ''cloning animals for food to resolve world hunger". There is still way too many negatives to just put aside and deal with it later when it actually comes into effect.
All those "negatives" come from bullpoop science fiction. They're pure "What ifs". Here's an even better what if. What if we do this, feed the entire world, bring nations out of poverty and lead to a more ballanced, more prosperous world for everyone?

History should have taught as not to neglect a situation untill it becomes a problem to deal with. Cloning cant be the last and only solution for world hunger, even if it happens i dont think it will help much..
Good logic. Millions of peices of food will not solve world hunger.

You get the "logically stupid" award.

Cloning is good but not natural, what if someone did a mistake and created something harmful??
Using condoms isn't natural eigther, but you have to do what you have to do.

I bet if it was up to you, you would let the billions of starving people DIE instead of trying to find a solution.

If you really cared you would protest against The ones who are cutting trees. Again i use this computer for a reason. To study find info and play a game. Actually scientists do harm the environment, They might kill us. Im not saying science is bad but somethings are just to dangerous.
Like what? What science has killed us?

This isn't the eugenics study. This isn't the study for the automic bomb. This is the study of replecating items to 1) Cure people from deseases or 2) Feed starving nations.

This isn't a problem. you're watching too many science fiction films. Stop.

There probably is enough food in the world to feed everyone. The thing is there are people who are so greedy that they only feed themselves. I mean look at your usual first world country, you can get food whenever you want. The stories completely different for third world countries, so how can we be so sure that cloned animals will be handed over to the poor?

The cause of famine around the world cannot be solved by cloning alone! not like that as simply as your trying to say...there is alot of problems, not just poverty but war, human rights (in some country's) , disasaters that occur, goverment..etc.

I havent read any articles or heard, stating that they plan to use cloning to end world hunger or use for human parts which have been the strongest argument people who have been supporting cloning (in some way) have been saying. Those remain only "facts" which are being considered.

Though the attempts of many people to try and stop cloning, it likely seems that will be the outcome...highly because allmost the same number of people take side to cloning..that i cant understand.

[color=#660099:post_uid8]Has anyone realized that the animals that have been "cloned" already look similar?
I mean sheep, come on. Have you ever seen 2, 3, or even 4 sheep next to each other in a field. They all look the same, you cant tell them apart. So when some scientist comes out and says "See, this sheep is a clone of that one, they look exactly the same." It's just kind of iffy to me.
Then what else do we have. We have cloned mice, goats, pigs. You know, just a whole list of animals that look so different to begin with.

Anyway, just a thought.[/color:post_uid8]

Theres other solutions to that. simply not have sex. Unless you want a child or out of love. Not supposed to talk about that ^^

I really do care who people who dont have money and food. but instead of giving them cloned animals. You can plant food or do whatever you can but cloning is not the solution.

Theres other solutions, studying the diseases and harvesting food. But Cloning animals is unatural. Could something go wrong with cloning?? yes, But if its natural its better. Science is a good thing but it takes somethings too far.

better to clone humans especially men recent studies show that the Y chromosome is getting smaller meaning the man population may die out and without men to fertilize women the humans are doomed

yea he has a point. what makes it so sure that prices wont change and the food will be free? it will still be priced and poor people wont be able to buy it. what makes it so sure it will be given to them?
