But that doesnt make "evil" offical since its being used "illegaly" without capcom knowing,so the closets thing to "evil" is violent ken in which was being controlled by shadoloo....

The only "real" evil/dark Ken is the Violent ken from SVC:chaos(Which I don't think counts either)

That's great and all, but has anyone cared on an Evil Dan?

I suggest u hire or buy the streetfighter 2 anime movie...

evil ken is in that... right at the end... hes destiny is to kill ryu

yes evil ken does exist. no ken doesnt exist in any of the streetfighter games made by capcom... that answer ur question?
