I believe Colosus should be next, if not him then Chun Li. Her kicks are insanely fast and if oyu compare their statistics and attacks CHun Li would probably whipe the floor with Cammy.

Why does everyone say this guy or gal is better then this one? It all matter about the player on who is stronger. Take away Chun-Li's fireball? Did she start out that way? Oh yes she did and she is still fine, but if you want to take away her fireball and her fireball supers why don't you just take away cammies cannon drill and her super and then we can cal it fair.
No wait we can't our chunny still has the avantage!

But the main point is it's the skill of the player that makes a character good, not who is stronger, so SM's web shot ties you up for a second, what about damage wise?

Damage wise? It's crap...

But u have to know y do use Ryu in the combo the kick puche and that's how u can kick there butts like Spider Man and Wolverine and Chun-li but Cammy im not so sure???

This is how I determine who is better. First of all, I have used everybody in the game. So I determine how long or how many continues it takes me to win with a certain team. My fastest was Akuma and then Storm. Which is why I consider hmm stronger. I took me way longer to win with Chun Li then Cammy. At least her super goes across the screen before wasting out. Chun Li's kicks are good. But if you are across the screen she won't touch you.
