Well, you see, we would do that, and we could do that, but why would we want to let the blood rush all the way to our heads? Plus, that's not really an kiai thing, that's just more of a strength/balance thing.

I think I did it? ??? I felt something cold run though my hands and wrist, but not my whole arm . . . that means I almost did it right? :biggrin:
