Ok ive read this whole thread and this looks pretty cool, but for some reason i can't do it. I think it's because I don't have enough self confidence in me to. Well anyways i really want to learn more about this before trying properly. So do you guys know any good book or websites where i can learn about the history and some other facts about controlling your energy?

Lol well first get more confidence. Next you need to keep tryin it, chances are it'll be awhile before you pull it off right. Yea you wants some books go to amazon, and try searching for books relatde under the topic of Body Energy, Ki, Chi, or manipulating the energy around you. Lol thats all I can think of.

to tell u the truth chi isnt just about fireball, strange energy, and what knot. chi can make you do extrodianry things. ive already told yall my stories of my crazy fights with my cousins and friends and the stuff i did. that was all possible because of chi energy. some folks believe that you cant really make you chi do what u want but it comes in a time of need.

i kinda felt like this heat in my arm or was it cool...?i wonder......
