Hold up this is too unorganized. I'm sorry to come in out of nowhere but, this is bad.
Here let me make some guidelines: 1. You don't make a question until the one before is answered and is confirmed that it is correct. If the maker of the question doesn't come back after 1 day to confirm or no one knows the answer after the 1 day then someone may make a question. 2. When you make a question give 4 choices or state if it is truth or false question. 3. Make sure you know the answer to ur own question and check in on the topic every once in a while to see if someone answered it. Give hints if people are not answering ur question. it maybe to early for a hint but here it is: one of them was only featured in marve| Super Heroes vs. Street Fighters and was the boss, the other is somewhat of a mad scientist and 2 of his creations are in the Steet Fighter tournament. I hope this is not to much information |

Worst as in they regret making them or worst as in weakest? Must be in regret, if the answer is Cyber Akuma and Gill. Because, if I remember correctly, Dan and Sean are listed as the two worst(weakest) fighters on the official tiers.
