When you said ur religion I guessed you had a religon...Sorry i misunderstood you could of just said you dont believe in anything. After all MY means belonging to one person or a WHOLE group.
And just because you can't see it doesnt mean its not there. Its not like its hurting anyone believing in a religon. The missionaries aren't forcing you to believe in their religon...like you said YOU control ur life. And it really bother you so much tell them to leave you alone, just watch the cussing. i think people NEED to believe in something in order to have hope in their lives !
may it be religion, dreams, job or anything that can be part of a belief. that's mainly why they do believe in gods ! i have believes, but they aren'T religious ones. my believes make me go forward in life, we all do ! so belief is normal and natural, but forcing people into religions like those fanatics who can do anything to make you join them. its just plain old stupid ! by fanatics i mean those who pass by DOOR BY DOOR... they aren'T saying thanks for your time answering us. good bye... no they want to come in and take an hour of your time reguardless of what you tell them ! i agree with asshoie on this... fanatics are stupids and morons ! its kinda the same as those INDOUISTS fanatics who use special shoes because they donT' want to hurt beetles or ground creatures that are under them ! don't you think they are going a little too far into their believes ? i'll add this other example... the crusade wars ! those who fought for jerusalem... they wanted to get it back for what reason ? not because of the people themselves... they wanted it back because it was SACRED for them and the wrong people were in it ! don't you think that war was completely non-sense considering that the only thing that made that war going on was the RELIGIONS itself and that only FANATICS were in it ? You know why I believe in AIR? Because it helPs me thru life.. It keePs me alive. And you know how I know it's THERE? Because if I breathe out at my Hand, I FEEL it, on the other side if I call out Gods name, he/she/IT never resPonds in ANYway... Oh and one other reason how I know that AIR is there and I NEED it to survive is that, IF I stoP breathing (thinking that air isn't real) will kill me.. so I NEED IT.. whatever IT is, I need it! Or if I go under water, where there's no Air.., I will also die! But GOD?? I don't need it.. I can't see/feel it! Oh and about that thing... "Why we're here?" I can explain why I believe in GOD....
Unlike many who blindly worship GOD. I am a person who believes in FACT and REASON.... Those who don't worship god....I can almost promise you that that person or persons have never taken the time to study the bible. ------------------------------------------------------------ Yes the Universe began with a big bang....but what caused the BIG BANG. Don't tell me automatic inplosion....of a small atom. Don't give me that BS....How can living beings.....Think,FEEL, BIRTH,DIE..... Science can only explain half of that....not everything..... As I have read in the bible everything is playing out in history as it was predicted....I even studied other religions and began to gather that JUDISM,CHRISTIANY,ETC..... are all connected Like honoring mother and father. Almost all those religions that mention Jesus or Moses in them mention those common sayings....... ----------------- To be concluded.... |

GOD have nothing of those, so why would i believe in it ? as far as i know, there is none who could proove me that god ever existed and that's mainly why i loved my secondary 5 religion teacher. he never tryed to convince us of believing in something that he can't even prooves that exists, he just showed us all religions and showed us the difference between them all ! anyway... like i said, people need to believe in something... may it be god or soemthing else... but we need that belief in orsder to evolve. i can only guess that next sentence, but i guess people just needed to believe in something greater then them as a way to understand the universe as it is ! people wants to know evrything, but the UNKNOWN is what makes us alive ! at least that's what i think ! |

We have feelings because...we need it in both scientific and bible version we have feelings...In the bible we know we have feelings because God said he was tired of boring birds and stuff he decided he would make Adam...He got lonely and God made him Eve. Scientific reason is because it shows we are unique. And we are animals you know we are just more complexed and we evolvled. The sun never blew up it is going to blow up and a few billion years or so according to science. And our world is not going to sink in water it will wear away. Then earthquakes will happen open cracks and blah blah blah. Ozone layer wears away...gravitational pull...all that other stuff which i dont feel like explaning. And for whoever asked the question y is the bible different because before there was paper and ink ppl had to tell the story by mouth and usally the person was really old and usally left out something or added something. And to add to it some king didn't like what the original bible said so he changed it and left out some stuff and kept the stuff that he thought would be good.
