you sure, if i remember right NoSoul or Nferno, can't remember which have done it, has done it for everyone, not just mods or admins.

been looking thru the forum old threads, sure someone one day told me he had updated the avatar size so it could be bigger then 64x64, if only i could remember which mods and when he told it !
