I was all over downtown, spent some time in the north end but most of my time was spent downtown. Maybe I was one of those so called bums you see downtown? Ha ha ha ha!!! No I recall seeing a couple panhandling on the street but I get a lotta crap from friends and family for being charitable, I gotta like sneak away to give to the poor.
