I have no idea why your siding roll, as you dont know all the facts yourself! Most of the spamming rest has done wa edited either by Kingy or by Himself! So there-fore we cant see why he was put on his 3 day ban. I could point out to you when he was spamming but now its just leaded to warning to not spam! Windrossa: Yes, I have my reasons. I have warned him MANY times, and he didn't listen. So I showed Nferno the "evidence" of Restavegeta spamming, and he deserved it. We are now showing people that we are SERIOUS about people spamming and acting like idiots. And I'll tell you someone, I'm definatly not standing for spamming, I hate it. You may accuse me of being a "crap mod" or w/e, but I know i'm not. What I do is right. Roll: I act how I want to act. I have a "grumpy" attitude, you have your sweet and kind attitude. well looking at all this pages...you ppl are bitching and complaining about the wrong guy...it said banned by Kingryu1 BUT only admins can BAN someone...Kingryu did warn him MANY and i mean many times...i see things you ppl can't which are logs and edited posts showing their true posts before being edited...and Kingryu came to me and told me he warn this person many times...so i saw the logs and what did i see...exactly what he said. SPAMMING. i have no time to goto all the sections of this forums cause i'm to busy activating VIP accounts on the forum like *Windarossa* here...Kingryu did nothing wrong and is not to blame...i WILL be banning many ppl from now on if i see any SPAMMING of the sort and i don't care if your VIP or whatever...i went soft on the guy and made it 3 days...it should of been longer but i made it 3 days cause it's his 1st ban...VIP's are VIP's which is also why it wasn't so harsh...if it were to be a normal member it would be a week. another VIP who was banned or should i say is on probation is vipman4evr. sure hes VIP but i gave him a week ban cause he not only spams on the forum but the game it's self. i warn him many times and if you DON'T listen to be that NO good...nowback on to our victim...he 3 day ban is up and he was unbanned a few hours ago by me...
ok that's pretty much all i can say for now cause i got other things to do...and i see many of you are emailing TMyApp when it's not neccesary. from now on only EMAIL TMyApp for in game password changes and termination issues..all other situations goto ME at Nferno666@hotmail.com and i'm SERIOUS about this...any email that is sent to TMyApp which is not conserning ingame passwords and terminations will either be deleted or never get an answer. For forum password changes that can goto any admin on the forum but it's best to leave TMyApp alone and do UPDATES instead of having him read hundreds of email which some1 else can answer... After reading all of these posts, I realize what ??!?? you really are (Saijin, Nferno666, KingRyu1, Resident Evil, MSI, and company). The partial judgement and biased inclinations in this forum are outstanding and I have had enough.

You tell me you have looked in to this personally and than you conveniently mention howbusy you are to actually copy and paste these spams! If you did search for Restavega's spamming and found it, than you shouldn't have too much of a problem finding it again and pasting it right here to end this for good, but wait you can't, can you, because you happen to erase it for no reason!. Restavega had a maximum of 10 posts per day! And if kingryu had bothered to answer one of Restavega's PMs, he would have known that Restavega was injured and stuck at home. AND Restavega DID tone down his posting after the warning, even though he knew he didn't spam! He couldn't understand Kingryu's reasoning for these irrational warnings, but ones again kingryu was conveniently BUSY to reply! The fact is, you saying you saw the spaming doesn't guarantee you did! I assure you Restavega would have NEVER repeated a similar post! But kings pm "stop spamming" was not understood. Restavega has never spamed, I knowbecause i post at all the plasses he does. I go where Rest goes! And ive seen with my own eyes that 90% of the time Rest posted more than a few sentences! That is exactly why Rest couldnt understand how he was spamming! Nferno666, I am Restavega's girlfriend and i read every word that boy posts and follow him in to every topic! I know he didn't deserve this. MSI: You do not understand, do you? This topic isn't to complain about the moderators using their powers, it's how one person used their power. We disagree with it, and someone has finally stepped up to the plate to complain about it. Kingryu says Resta is spamming and breaking the rules with NO evidence, meanwhile people are standing as witnesses to Restas defense that he was NOT a spammer. And now Resta has posted a link to prove that Kingryu1 isn't a good mod to begin with...Rest youre a geniuse to take that screenshot before "kingy" got a chance to do some editing. Lets laugh at KingRyu1 for openly and publicly breaking his own rules. And this is our role model, the one we are supposed to look up to and follow? Why should Restavega subdue to punishement while KingRyu1 walks away untouched? Look at the poor example KingRyu1 has set forth, yet he expects us to abide by the rules!? Lets review the evidence shall we..... 1.i like to call this one (he said, she said) Restavega: Has defenders openly stating they have searched and did NOT find spamming material posted by Rest! KingRyu1: Nferno666 openly claims he saw these outragiously spamy posts, Unfortunatly he was so repulsed by them!! He decides to erase them!(still under close observation for having to tampered with the evidence and for giving meaningless excusses) 2.(excusses,excusses) Restavega:Claims he did NOT spam and tryed resolving the warnings and this issue by Pms. Rest admitts to seeing this warnings but not understanding their context after which he constantly attempts to send resolution pms. KingRyu1:Admitts to having sent the warnings several times. Unfortunatly he was way to busy to reply to this resolution pms and continued to warn Restavega withough explaination. 3.(how"the beefing"began) Restavega:Posts a topic Discussing the hypothetical idea ofuVIP(UltimateVIP). Where the players could pay a certain amount of money to have more special little percs, allowing the tmyapp to easily afford to pay for the server and maybe even get some sort of pay check out of this for him self. Kingryu1 in shock of this insolence!! Locks the topic, but not withought adding a few very disrespectful words from himself. Kingryu1:Rejected this very foreign idea and even felt to take it upon him self to end the audacity!! Not to mantion adding a little word bonus which supposedly sparked the ever growing fire between the two! 4.(the torture) Restavega:Even though upset and in distress, Restavega does what he belives will save him. Emailing the tmyapp,followed by pming king himself! Which as we all know didnt work. As you have all noticed, Nferno666 has been ignoring the current posts with my evidence of KingRyu1's poor action and so on. Cat got your tongue, Nferno? It should because what have you really got to say? If KingRyu1 was man enough he would do as Sbyrde suggests and apologize to me. KingRyu1 brought this whole mess onto himself and therefore his now tainted name is no one's fault but his. This mess of his also costs me enough pain, suffering, and humiliation when being called a spammer and trying to defend myself. I believe all the followers backing KingRyu1 have become quite speechless and KingRyu1 himself has turned out to be silent as an eggplant. Feel free to apologize, KingRyu1, when your pride subsides. So this is what has transpired in just 2 days??? . Eight pages ofus forum members bitching at each other. As much as I enjoy the idea of a forum upheaval, I must state that this was done the wrong way. Sure it's okay for ppl to learn the truth.. but I guess we all have our breaking points right?? heh Okay.. to weigh both sides and choose whether or not I want to be for the dark side or join Luke Skywalker would be the reasonable thing to do. However, I'll show you all something. This is what happens when we mistake intelligence and brillaince for wisdom and experience. Try and understand both sides of the equation. There's Restavega and his lady's view.. the dude couldn't do anything mobile.. for sometime, so he did the next best thing. Stayed on the forum.. reply.. gave his opinion here and there. I don't see anything wrong with that... but I wouldn't have known the reasons behind his high amount of posts if I had just looked at the outer layer of the whole situation. Why has he replied or started topics that have earned him a total amount of posts of about 326 or so in the short time that he's been on the forum.. Where this "thing" went hay wire.. was when Kingryu1 called Restavega an idiot.. right from that time, I knew something like this was gonna happen. Knowing fully well, that Restavega doesn't take insults likely.. and Kingryu1.. is just.. well.. let's just say a "meh" kinda guy. However, joining this forum.. as a normal member.. would mean that you're subjected to their power.. and how they choose to use.. well, let's just say.. all we can do is bitch about it. What I do want us to know is that how it started doesn't matter anymore. We've all let out the necessary steam needed to be let out.. and every other person has heard the other side of the story. I believe from this time forth, Kingryu1 would be forthcoming with his warnings.. and have a little more control about the names he gives ppl that break the rules... eh?? The result; more and more.. and more and more and more incoherent blabbing of how much wisdom.. or how right one party is, while trying to show how wrong the other party is. It shouldn't have to lead to this.. even though I'm happy this happened.. It lets us see the true monster/reasonable human in all ofus. I myself, am not a respecter of persons.. it's my code and what I believe in. However, I give honor to whom it is due... and I believe that it's my duty to respect the mods.. no matter how pig headed or unreasonable they are. That's the way this forum is. I remember reading some of the rules that state that.. But seeing that that has been tossed out of the window, well let's allow the flame and heat to die out as well. For anyone who takes time to read all the "words", I've just written, note down the fact that I haven't send so so so and so is wrong.. while the other person is right... because I don't need to. Even if I go with one side, what'll that lead to.. more bitching and more anger being displayed by members of the forum.. until a mod/admin has enough and decides to lock down this topic. In conclusion, guys, just let it go! I believe, Kingryu1 has had his share of bread and butter.. seeing that he isn't invisible to critism.. and Restavega.. try to understand that not everyone would see the saint in you.. or believe that you are right all the time.. For as humans, we make mistakes. What you term as not spam.. may be spam to the mods and admins.. and with that, I believe they have reserved the rights to ban you on those grounds.. so in all honesty you wouldn't have a say. This whole forum seems to be mortified with the idea of power. One thing i learned from being on this forum, people dont make long meaningful posts withought a future possition some where deep down in their subconsious. I made Mine to defend the love of my life you made yours for...... well i have a few ideas on why you made yours, but that doesn't matter now does it. That's exactly what I was trying my very best to avoid while posting there Windarossa.. See I'm not supporting the mods.. however, I respect them.. hey, they are mods after all. And if we are to stay here, I believe it's only right we respect them. Neither am I saying Restavega was wrong.... and should be remained banned... or he was totally right.. and shouldn't have been banned. For in all honesty, I don't have any say.. even if I cared a lot more. My rantings and bitching wouldn't do anything.. so why should I??
That's why I think it's best we let sleeping dogs lie.. and quit trying to add fuel to the fire... I believe Restavega has served his time... and he's free to post and reply and do whatever he wants to do in the forum.. I can't go back in time and stop Kingryu1 from banning him (if I could) neither can you or I.. so what would future rantings do for us? Get us into each others skin.. that's all.
