My!; curiousity of bounds! ^-^
No, I did not study japanese to read the manga's. Rather, I can barely read any of the 'ana's that are out there. ^^; I can only speak it. And, no, I do not plan to get a job related to the field. Speaking in Japanese tends to be so fun and colorful. If I took up a job with that, suddenly, the colors would fade; you know? |

Believe it or not, most people don't even know what Gomennasai means; for that matter, they barely know what Sayonara means either.
And the other alphabet is Fuurigana. ^-^; Roll Point outs: Konnichiwa = "Hello!" good evening: kon ban wa cc "Bonsowaru" is more technical. ^-^ bye= itterashi cc Or you could just say Adios(u), or Adyu (Adieu), or Bai (bye) would be just as nice...... See also "Ja ne"! what is your name: onamae wa nan desuka ^^ To save time, you can lose the nan-desuka and just say "Onamae wa". ...and that's all I'm doing. There isn't enough coldness today for me to concentrate on the misspellings, and easier/more casual uses of Katakana...Watch your uses, because they're probably not going to be speaking to royalty anytime soon... |

[quote:post_uid0="Roll"]I'd prefer a batch of Sakura to Roses. While roses are lovely, and come in many colors, each rose comes with it's own special meaning. That either proves that there had to be a lot of thought involved, if they choose the right one for the occasion, or that they didn't really think as to what the flower would mean when they bought them. I'd rather not complicate someone with that, and it's just difficult to say to someone that a dark rose does not signify love and friendship.
..On the other hand, Sakura are really hard to come by, unless you are in Japan. You'd have to get the actual tree to get the flower; and who can argue with a tree of beautiful, imported flowers?[/quote] ill give my girl a rose cuz they my favorit :D |
i think roses are nice
prolly better than sakura for girls |
