I wanted to write some long as retort, but Im not going to bother. If you think I suck, and Im no good at this game by now, then you'll always think that, regardless of how badly I beat you!

So im not even going to bother trying!

Just look for someone else to blame for your shit skill though. :angry:

sigh....fireballs were placed in the Original StreetFighter : World Warrior Edition in the arcades WAAYY before some of you even heard of the name "Streetfighter". The merger between SF and Xmen battle was considered balanced actually. Wolvie doing more damage in close combat and Ryu doing good damage with his fireballs and dragon punches. Ryu has ALWAYS been the hero of SF series hence his 'power' in the game. If you can't handle it, then don't complain.

PS: Basically Wolverine is for advanced players. Good Wolvie players will know how to avoid the fireballs and 'get in close'. If you can't do that then maybe you shouldn't be playing Wolverine.

Last word : In the game, the BASIC strategy for Wolvie is for closecombat while Ryu uses his fireballs for long range. If you aren't using that, you aren't using your character to his 100% potential. If you can't beat that, DON'T EVER impose your 'beliefs' or whine about it.

basic rule : Never make another character 'fight like your character'. If I wanted to not be a 'fireball pussy', I would have chosen Wolverine as a closecombat character (definitely). The reason why i choose Ryu and not Wolvie is because I personally feel that my playing style suits Ryu better than Wolverine so STOP trying to whine about people not 'playing within your rules'!

um........no nOOb there are such games as that but i don't think you have playd them name two fighters of and i will go away

I'll END this useless discussion with this little comment..

Don't expect someone to play *DOWN* to your pathetic skill level! And dont ask someone to make things easier for you to beat them...That just *screams* weakness :biggrin:

The way I see it, all these ppl who post comments about other players "cheapness", have 2 options:

1. Get better, so you dont consistantly get your ass kicked by "cheap" ppl, who know what they are doing!

2. Stop playing the game, or the players you obviously cant beat, because you have no intention of getting better. You just plan on whining about them, or there "cheap" tactics!

That is good and all in a ARCADE, but with lag that don't mean shit with lag.

i actually am better with chars like wolvie(not in this online yet though cuz there is no real combo controll to pound them>and spidy and strider hiryu. i prefer the smaller faster chars

i also like gambit my point is use wolive if you are best with him

use ryu if you are best with him

but don't blame it on anothers fighting style instead counter it and do what ever it takes to win

and oh yes LAG sux

To get back to the point of this thread, I have fought with the following person and he uses fireballs all the time:

Heck, he even wrote an article on OMGCheat.com about it.

Anyone who complains about fireballs are not very good players, I mean if you can't even get near the opponent then stop playing! I mean come on.......is it their fault you can't get near them? someone said that fireball players wont move until you move them......well i guess you aren't moving either if you keep losing......and so what if we call our helper into the battle? why dont you? you guys are just weak..........(except for those high ranking wolvie guys, they know how to play)

Note to ppl, if it was real life and a ninja was running towards you with blades coming out of his hands and looked like he was gonna hurt you, and you had a machine gun what do u do????? shoot him? or dump the gun and try and use your fists? hmmmmmm lemme think about that one.....................

Ryu's Fireball poses no threat to me.. Helper/ and air block can get rid off them easily.. What I hate the most is lag/packetloss.. I swear to get I have this guy nailed in my barrage trap but certainly he just appear from my back and does a super hadoken to me.. That's kinda sad.. Not to mention Psycholocke is my worst nightmare as well.. I had 2/3 of my hp taken out by that bitch..

TMyApp make Psylocke weeker.
