He couldn't do that. That would be breaking the "copyright" law. In other words, he isn't capable of charging people for a game that has marve|/Capcom material. |

Well, this is Street Fighter Online, but marve| VS Capcom is kind of a similar copy to Street Fighter (commands, moves, characters, helpers, etc.). Yes, I think he should be in the next version.
