nah, Charlie has to be himself........why add him fireball moves?......he uses sonic booms........anywayz, if TMyApp changes his moves, well at least it stays true to Charlie's character

The whole idea behind Guile's charge Sonic Booms in the original SF's were the fact that they had no recoil.

Guile was able to shoot a Sonic Boom then immediately follow it. And when he performed the Sonic Boom it came out instantaneously.

Ryu and Ken were vulnerable after shooting their fireballs (like they are now). So I say there should be charge..
