Becuase if I put an akuma divsion the divisons will be more hard to fill up. Plus most likely the people in that divsion would only do raging demons and that bug hasnt been fixed yet.

thats true what dark said sometimes akuma will lag alot plus that bug on akuma that has not been fix yet.
