The first time I heard about this I was just like you. But instead of mocking at it like a four year old I tried to understand what my cousin was saying and he showed me. I couldn't do it at first, but one day I decided to really practice it, because I wanted to see for myself what it was all about. Finally I felt it, it was vague at first but it was there. I then practiced again and again, until today where I can do it with practically not trying hard. When I made this topic, and Karma posted I was very sceptical, but because of my determination, curiosity, and stubbornous, I was able to feel and understand for myself what Karma was talking about. In that day I kept practicing it and was able to make such a strong ball that my hands were being pulled away from each other and when I tried to pull my hands closer it felt like a strong balloon between my hands. With that same effect I am know able to make my ball with the same power up to 2 1/2 feet wide. Because of my concentration I now know full well of what Karma was speaking of. Half of you that posted saying this was obserred, probably didn't even attempt to try to learn from our experience. It's easy just to put down a small post to make fun of something your not accostumed to, but it takes a real man to actual try to understand what others have done before them and work towards it.

there is one thing that makes you not believe all this...

its normal not to believe, but if you can believe that paranormals do exists. then how come you can't believe this energy thing ?

for all i know, that 1.2 feet raduius ball of energy is just .01% of the energy a human ody can produce, so how can you say your not capable of doing so or do things like this if you never tryed ?

I agree with everything you said. When I started to belive that I could produce the ball of energy like you, I was able to finally create it. Now because I understand this it takes me approximatley 30 seconds to produce a good size ball of energy. If you really stop and think about it everyone that has stumbled onto something great was usually laughed at in their life. But with scientists discovering new things each day and changing fiction into fact, we eventually except these things into everyday life, such as we all derived from apes. When Darwin stated this, no one even considered the fact he was right, until it was researched. Now guess what, all across the world people know we came from apes and its now excepted into everyday life.

O.k so i should have the whole house quiet...then try to do the energy ball thing. Since i get off focus fast. And my hands should be how far apart. I think im doing it right cuz my hands get hot and sweat but that is all and i get tried of doing it cuz sweaty hands are uncomfortble.

there is this old chinese guy that can summon a lot of energy. he can make intense heat come from his hand. he was actually burning stuff with his energy.

every single thing on earth does produce energies, even stones when throwed !
so i guess energy is much more easily done then any other kind of paranormal activities such as telekinetics or mind readings !

thats just heat caused by friction...if you rub 2 surfaces together this causes friction which then causes heat to be produced...anyway u ppl can believe whatever you want, if you want to spend your time trying to create energy balls u do that...

Roll to answer your question, I am able to produce energy through my hands to form a ball of energy, send cold waves of energy down my arms, and when I concentrate hard enough I can send energy through my entire body. When I ask people to feel around me when I send energy through my body, people can sometimes feel heat off me from about a foot away. My cousin told me that I was very gifted to be able to do this in such a short amount of time :D . My cousin on the other hand can produce a bubble around him the size of his room, so when people enter it and he's sleeping he can wake up before someone opens the door. That took him ten years to master, so I don't expect to do that any time soon. Oh by the way I have been able to produce energy balls on objects now and not just my hands.

Although you can't see his energy bubble, it is very cool to watch. I once was about to go in his room to scare him in the middle of the night, and I was about five feet from the door when he opened the door and scared me out of my wits. That was the last time I tried that :D

ok, people here seems to be too much enjoying things and are kinda stupid to think that things you do while making your members WORKING is ENERGY !

people, when you do your energy things, try to be as objective as you can, you can't simply rub 2 hands together then saying the heat that emmanated from them is your energy, cause it aint !

remember, the human body is generating heat all the time, and since heat is passed from objects to objects (including air) you can't simply say that by feeling hotter you are sensing your energy. you must be make sure it is before saying it.

EXAMPLE:
the energy ball that i developped some years ago. i knew it wasn't my own HEAT WAVES, cause the air in between was flowing and rotating. couldn't be WIND either, there was no WINDOW open, the door was closed. and the way i felt it, it was like i was holding a basball ball into my hands ! almost as hard as a baloon.

just think before saying it is... just be sure of it ! its not just everyone who has the concentration and will to do it the first days of training. i sure wasn't in the first days !

ok, if you make your arms (or whatever member you're using) work... (rubbing hands together, pushing on a wall) then it is just a normal reaction from the body, true that this is energy, but its COMMONLY used energy. that doesn't mean you control it !

really, you must be able to do the things without working, without even moving !

That wasn't what I meant, Samurai, but then again, it's a little hard to explain...But anyway, how old is your cousin again? Those abilities normally take a lot of time to master, or even begin to show itself.

Ok ppl I tried the thing with the wall it worked... But It freaked me out when my whole body ended up getting cold then I got real dizzy..... Whats that mean ? ???

i must say that i also at once... feeled like my hands were pushed form each other by a strange flow of heat. that was freaky. also, remember that unlike DBZ, that energy cannot be seen. so you won't be seeing anything, you'll just feel it rotate in a way or the other ! if it become to intense and your hands are too close, you can also feel the energy pushing the hands because it need more space to expend. but it can take much or less time depending on the person. it took me about 5 minutes to get that much energy and i was training for the last 10 daysl, before it happend !

at first, your hands will be close from each other, then when you sens the air in the middle become hotter and hotter, then expand the ball little by little. i have been able to pull out a ball of energy about 1 foot radius !

ok, now there is one thing that you shoud be warned about.
don't be fooled by this hot air thing. your hands are hot, so the air can get hotter just because your hand is passing heat to it !

how do you know its energy your feeling ?
that's what you ask... simple, you'll know its your energy when that same AIR between both hands starts to rotate !
believe me, if you did it right, you'll do sens the motion between both hands.

i must say that i also at once... feeled like my hands were pushed form each other by a strange flow of heat. that was freaky. also, remember that unlike DBZ, that energy cannot be seen. so you won't be seeing anything, you'll just feel it rotate in a way or the other ! if it become to intense and your hands are too close, you can also feel the energy pushing the hands because it need more space to expend. but it can take much or less time depending on the person. it took me about 5 minutes to get that much energy and i was training for the last 10 daysl, before it happend !

You can close your eyes if it helps. I personally keep me eyes open, so it depends on the individual. Concentrate on a ball of air swirling in your hands. You'll feel it when you've done it correctly. Don't tense up though. Clear you mind and only think of forming your energy, and don't given in to other thoughts. Hope this helps.

I don't know exactly why you got dizzy. Possibly you were concentrating to hard ??? But I don't know what else it could be. Good job though :D
