u know what i got somethin to say to u tark. i dont care anymore if u say that ryu sucks. cause the fact is that i am a god with him in the game. everyone has their own opinions about certain characters. hell i know people that will jump down your throat if u tell them that chang sucks.

Yeah, I've been playing for awhile now, and I'm not all that great, but I know people who are. Go to SRK and you will see that in their xbox live part of the forum.

rolling is myy fav personal technique. i can aviod everything with a roll. but the rolls greatest weakness is a throw. (kinda hard to believe huh)

ive beaten survival mode with the person yall keep sayin sucks. RYU!!!!!!!!!!!

i got the extra options and everything but i dont use them. i also beat boss mode with ryu. i guess there are your average ryu users in the game and then there are your master ryu users (like me) :laughlong:

I beat Boss mode
I beat survival - Rock

Ive unlocked everything in the game and im proud of it...

Chang owns Scorp, better than Ryu, he's got a lot of durability, and for a big man, he's got range, even a helper. I think one of those hite from his bowling ball brings Shin Akuma down to 50-25% life left.

G Gundam, you are not a god with Ryu, I bet Alex Valle, and John Choi would beat you no prob in a Ryu vs Ryu match.

And the best characters are Blanka and Sagat hands down. You think Shin Akumas fire balls are effective against slow Sagat? If Sagat gets a hit on Shin Akuma, it's an automatic KO(exaggeration, but I believe you know what I'm getting at).

The best i am really good with is Joe and Kyo C groove those 2 alone i can beat anyone with.

even zangief is, he's not really a good char for me, but if he gets a holds of you, even i can make him a good char ! characters do not make the games, players are !

like GG said, some are good with some and others are good with others... its really just a question of with whom you're good with !

as for the two you've been talking about TARK, even they aren't invincible, they can be beaten easily but about anyone who sucessfully make em do mistakes !

that's what makes the humans more powerfull after each fights, because they learn !

i use either kyo and ken , bison by himself,or ken by himself
bison rulz. is there a third charachter to unlock bcuz theres a space in the middle.

trust me there are only 2 characters that u can unlock. that third space is just to seperate the capcom from the snk

anywho i have found 2 new guys that i like to use a lot. vega and bison.

bison is mad good cause of his jumping ability and his specials.

vega is good cause he is quick as hell and he can bounce off of walls like a mofo

i hate bisson i just use ken nd go back to old sckoll and do the hurrican kick on his and then finsh him with the dragon fist. that was who me and my bro didit in ond sckool street fighter and we still do it in this game as for vega he's cool

i have mastered evil ryu. evil ryu is a kick ass character if u know how to use him properly. many people say he sucks cause of his fast health depletion. but many people dont realize that evil ryu is a good keep away character. thats why he has that asura warp. i use that a lot and i get perfetcs on my friends all the time with him. they try to make rules now saying that i cant use any evil shotos. lol!!!

Yeah, the teleporting is good. His semi-circle backwards rotatin + HK in the air is pretty good at keeping away from the other characters, especially if you use it right :biggrin:

Fast health depletion? Get hit into a super with someone in the K Groove (I think that's the one. The character builds their level by getting hit, and he/she turns red when it's full)

naw i just use the n groove. cause u can charge up to level 3 supers fast. plus u got all of your basic skillz like the roll and the tech recover roll (which i use everytime i fall) i also like the counter movements and the counter attacks.

anyways i think evil ryu is great because of his unblockable fireball. people says it sucks cause it takes to long to charge up and it waste a level 3.

well my friends im gonna tell ya how to use it. get to your opponent. throw them in the opposite corner. as soon as u let go u need to do your motion for this super. it will charge up. and since its unblockable they will pop up right into it. it took me a while to master this.

You can parry the super in P groove, so it isn't fool proof...

well my friend u cant parry it. dont believe me. go to practice mode. choose p groove for your opponent. go to dummy setting and go to guard to set his action on auto parry. then attack him. as u can see u cant even hit him. then do your unblockable fireball and watch what happens. wham!!!!! he cant parry it
