Spybot removes spyware that could be causing popups when you aren't even at any websites and can take up your computer usage.

The virus through aim i actually had once....it sayed happy holidays...and once said come see this picutre i found of you..in my profile..it was a pian in the rear end to get it out..and still my computer is messed up becaue of it....the norton anti virus dont even remove the peice of crap

Ive used it....works great...i got rid of all those god damn anoyying spyware files that kept my computer resources low

VIruses wont install on ur PC but them selves....u can even download it and as long as u not click on .exe file it wont harm ur pc....by the way....i figured it out...if youall HAVE NORTON ANTIVIRUS OR ANY KIND OF SOFTWARE like NORTON...u dont really need NORTON..but u do if youstupid enough to click on the file .exe that u dont no..ANTIVIRUS software slows ur pc up to 10%.. u have to have some kind of Firewall i reccomend HARDWARE firewall but also ZOne Alarm Pro, Outpost firewall pro for more advanced users ad Sygate Personal Firwall..any firewall will be great as long as it blocks ur PORTS...go test ur self if yousecure http://scan.sygate.com and run TESTS......and i do not recommend UNINSTALL ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARES for Beginners in PC stuff..but i do reccomend for people that know not to click on .exe file if ya dont no what it is, u cant uninstall it and u will c the differences..get a Trojan Remover and thats basically it :D

viruses come in different file types, other then .exe. i frget which others, but yeah, there are some.

If any ofuusing Internet Explorer please dont use it...Microsof found a new HOLE....hackers can easily install or even keep macelenious codes on ur PC..so i syggest to use Mozilla Firefox or any other browsers but Not Internet Explorer

finds and removes SPy-ware and Ad-ware programs..and much more..and unwanted Cookies that has information that can harm ur PC

I don't kno how but i got alot of spyware usually wen i play runescape.

I know Kazza GIVES HUGE AMOUNT of SPYWARE, so i use LimeWire :D

omg you n00bs just use lavasoft ad-aware frequently every other day.

and dont visit so many pr0n sites

and stop using kazza so much

i noticed when im on the internet i would get ckiked oout and like a porn application came up in the bg saying sex dial or whatever. i didnt kno what it is cuz i dont go to porn but when i pressed ctrl alt delte i delted some stuff from process and it went away. i would try to sign back in to AOl and it wouldnt dial. so i removed some stuff when i pressed ctrl alt delte from the processes and it stopped doin that. i use spyware scanners and everything nothin helps. so i try not to restart my computer much

what i already know and have tried
Norton has been disabled by the virus (most of the new virus's will disable Norton as the first thing they do) and using norton's online virus scan (which wasn't disabled) i managed 2 identify the virus's location (2 of them)

unfortunately i cannot delete them through conventional methods (delete button) and when tryed 2 isolate 1 of em (put them in2 a new folder away from where i thought it could do damage and then delete them) but in trying so, the virus was duplicated.

any suggestions would b very appreciated ty[/color:post_uid9]
