strength = 3-4 i can lift quite alot, i don't much get the weight scale. and i don't measure in pounds =/

speed = 8 i can run 100m in about 13.60

durability = 8 i used to play alot of football, i used to play full 90 mins matches, i can also jog/run for quite a while.

fighting skills = 8 i used to do kickboxing for a while, was pretty good, and i can take ALOT. i mean alot =/ and i got a pretty hard punch and kick.

you can't measure fighting skill by the ART you trained.
my father fought when he was young against a JIUJITSU Master. both had like 3-4 ribs broken at the end of the fight ! my father was not knowing any ARTs of fighting, he just fought as he see fit ! he was a STREET FIGHTER and nothing else !

i too am like that but i trained myself a lot to do some moves of my own based on what i saw on TV and video sites. i'm not considering myself a good fighter, but what i actually said was true !

tho i didn't fight agianst people that much. 1 time to be accurate !

if by bench you mean being on your back on that table and lift the weights. then its not accurate at all ! i can BENCH 150 pounds easily. but i can't lift over 50 pounds over my head from the ground !
