And you know what if spidey really wanted to he could get batman to crash into something or go some where it would be hard to find him...like a junkyard. It would be a game of cat and mouse and then spidey could use the magnetic machine to bring the bat wing to him then all batman would have was his utility belt...and his wits.

Spidey has all spiderpowers extra strong and spidey sense... so he could sense anything coming from batman.

Batman doesnt have any powers hes just a guy with bat boomarangs and stuff.... therefore spidey wins cuz batman is just a guy with things.
