In mvc2 (i own for dreamcast) Guile is fast and good for combos and charlie is slow but hard hitting other than dat i really noticed the voice but i aint really had the guts to say anything i knew it was charlie because charlies voice but i am very timid.

Guile is more agile.. he has defensive attacks and can barely be countered
Charlie isnt slow and his moves has more range but can be easily countered...
i think thats the only difference between them...
