you don't know what FPS is huh to have said that !
FPS = FRAME PER SECONDS as in number of images per seconds, this has completely nothing to do witht he gameplay itself, it doesn't change a single thing, otherwise tmyapp wouldn't have changed it. the fps is nothing more then a way to know if you lag or not, it doesn't even affect gameplay.

your computer is just as fast with or without the last 5 frames, all it does is spip 5 frames which i'm sorry to say , but between 32 and 64 frames per seconds, your eyes doesn't even see the difference.

conclusion, your just giving yourself excuses, i don't know why but gameplay is sure not touched here ! thus you are actually as fast as you normally is, thing is if you slowed down don't put it on the last 5 frames cause it sure isn't that !

as for the charcaters being a tad slower, well it can be since he said they were fixed !

put a Pentinum 200 computer on an OC12 line .. or T3 .. or some ultra high-speed connection... and u think it will have an advantage over Pentium 4 on a 56k ?? .. if youthink so.. then it is time to read up on how computers and the internet work :biggrin:

Cleared cache still cant see the updated version.......only the older version i.e 1.2a.

the fps lock makes sfo much fairer, i mean i am actually on par with other people's speeds, dubya tee eff this rocks!

all you assholes complaining about it need to stfubecuase lag is not an advantage...

[color=#000000]I don't know.. I think it's ppl with faster comps that actually notice the big change in the game speed. I know mine has changed a lot. Can't quite throw as many hadoukens in a second as I use to before.
