Wanted to close this, but it seems we're having a sorta mini debate here. As for me, I think it's perfect the way it is. The move takes up a good chunk of health for users to have faith in using it.. when you can be faced with a shinkuu hadouken when you're done :biggrin:

I believe he should be worked on a little more. I've noticed Evil Ryu is quite slow compared to the orginal. Also about that uppercut, its extremely powerfull but its hard to get users in it. (Good users anyway) His uppercut should be tweaked a little. His speed should also grow, I really wish Ryu would match spiderman's speed.

yeah man if ryu was tweaked ie his upper cut... (made faster to execute) all u would have to do to win the match is run up to ur opponent press lp lp then execute the uppercut ur opponent would be dead in give or take three moves.... then every one would "bch" about oh ur so cheap lalaladeda and so and besides as said before... if ryu was furthur tweaked the a "ryu user's" game would be off.... and we wouldnt want that now would we pip99....

I dont care about how fast or slow he is in general.. but that uppercut needs to sped up a little just a little.. Although it seems that his hurricane kick special has been tweaked.. Not like anyone uses it most of the time..
