as far as i played this game from the start. i never saw any EVIL chars in this !

EVIL RYU, SHADOW LADY aren't even in this online game !
i must say they suck as chars too ! well perhaps not EVIL RYU but SHADOW LADY as missile coming out of her butt and a drill out of her hands! how could you love her ?

she's pretty good, much more powerful in many ways than chunli
