after the hurricane hit here ive been helping cleaning up this mess. ive been trying to work out but my brother told me if i start now i wont grow so thats why i dont lift weights no more.

Lol yah we still play bball and football and sumtime baseball but those days when you get a whole buncha kids from the neighboorhood and play manhunt was awsome..... i miss that we're too 'OLD' to play that poop now =/.......pfftt i'd still play if ppl were playing.... as long as no chicks were there lol........

I used to play soccer now i play basketball...

Wdf you talkin bout americans dont play more soccer then football I dont know where the hell you got that from =\..J-Kwon if you start lifting while your 11 you will be strong as hell when you get older but it might not show...but still youll be strong as hell..My friend can squat 650 pounds cause he was lifting since he was a kid..=\ but he is built lol..I seen him squat 650 at football practice..And bench like 310...I can only bench 255
