"Shackers", is a word I use when I drink beer It is not a real word.

I got the idea when my brother was drunk one night, he was makeing up songs. He sang a song with the word "Shackers" in it.Though I dought it was a real song there was a part in it that he sang like this. "Shackers will be killed from the world we know, thay mess up our beer and are budwiser as we know.

So as I think he was meaning, is someone who screws beer up or wasts it!
