asshole: ST NICHOLAS SUPPOSEDLY existed for real, he kept bringing gifts to the children in its village. or so that's what the cristians were telling back when i believe all that poop ! so basically SANTA CLAUS came from religions which think he really existed. but the tradition it gave us still remains today just like other traditions like HALLOWEN and the LIKES.

anyway... i don'ty believe he existed, nor that he is still existing. i just believe one man one day gave gift each years to the children around his place and then he became a legend. because that's what legends are, EXAGERATED STORIES.

does that explain why many still believe in him even today ?

asshole: did you read my post or are you blind ? i said that people were saying its name was ST NICHOLAS which is religion based charcater. but since its religious, i just don't care for it since i don't believe all that poop !

oh and all stories are coming from true ones ! its just that people always exagerate them a lot !

so if someone came up with this santa clauss story, then it came up from something that already hapenned, the author just extrapolated and made it like a fairy tale !

i stopped some years ago.
i still go to weddings and other ceremonies for one purpose only, its one to be with my family and second to honnors my familis will. other then that, i dislike ceremony, i dislike everything that has anything about god himself.

i believe what i want and its not a religion itself, its many at the same time, but i prefer wait to be dead and have my answers then just believing in something which could be wrong at the end of my life !
