well thats kinda hard if ya making an avatar...(personaly i feel as though the avatar frame should be about 25% bigger) but for a clearer image...start with a larger imager with lotsa pixels...crop as close as possible to your "main subject" and then reduce the image to avatar size(or what ever size you wanna make it)

and then mail it into TMyApp or Leftyfb and they will post it in the avatar selection screen for you to choose :biggrin:

i use paint shop pro to shrink images but i think avatar could at least be 64x64 it would be better i think
