well sure why wouldn't TmyApp allow an official banner. But who would make it?

I see a banner as being somthing to represent someone. Would everyone having the same banner really be interesting, or would it be boring?

anyway... unless the banner is done by myself or one of the other mods it CANNOT be official...

if u have no time what about we make a contest for who makes the best banner and then tmy chooses them to make the banner but dont put a _ Creation
