Hmm... Sandusky... there is in arcade called Cedar Point Amusement Park, I don't know if they have MvC2, or what not, they do have classics for sure. I heard that most of the machines didn't work.

The other place is cleveland Ohio which is 65 miles away from you, I believe Detraoit is 120 miles away from you.

Try this site, you might find an arcade location.

By the way the games they list are only classics. I'm probably sure that there are more arcades than what they list.
