First off lose the caps never have a post with ALL caps, showing disrespect to the rules of SFO. What is your understanding of being cheap actually? Is it someone who uses cyc|ops and only does optic blast? Well in that case just get close to him because if he is cheap he is probably new to the game and doesnt know what a cyc|ops can really do. So get close to him and pound him with punch kick and special combos game over...Same goes for ryu hadoken freaks and so on. If I played this game more then I might would of wrote some strategies for cheapness but I dont so most of the info probably wouldnt be up to date. Anyhow just try new things in the game its always good idea. Never know what you might find :).

People beng cheap is a disease. But there r people who aren't cheap, if we all had ur attitude there wouldn't be any of those people left.

no pip your weren't cheap.....hey how does playing against cyc|ops,jumping in the air on the far right left(super jump) and doing repeated optic blasts so you stay in the air and your hyper bar rises....while you try to hit them but you can't...helpless no "fireballs" can save you...he is at the far left so you can't upper cut him and jumping in the air gets you hit? and he uses hyper optic blasts when he comes down? sounds like fun right?
