Well, you start by posting lots of trivial messages... maybe the occaisional "I'm Back" post, even if you haven't been back. Then, if someone posts something that you can possibly tag an answer to, you do that... even if its a "............." comment!

Pretty much, the more you post, the higher you grow. Unless you flood, whatever that means...

Only the Administraters are in Red (TMyApp and leftyfb).

And

Only the Moderaters are in Blue (Lordcyris, Ewalk and Zing79).

You will have to stick with BLACK until you can become one of those... and I dont think you/we can...

And for that "Newbie" thing, it changes by the amount of posts you've made....

-50 = Newbie (One Red Dot)
+50 = Junior Member (Two red Dots)
+100 = Member (Three Red Dots)
+150 = Full Member (Four Red Dots)
and then...
+500 = Advanced Member (Five red Dots).
