and tmy i dont know what you'll think of this idea but at least give it some thought...

since this site has been shut down why dont you think about creating a whole new site, i know this means a lot of work but if you just ask i'm sure that almost all of the members here would be more than willing to help. you could use some of the stuff you already have in this site that doesn't have anything to do with marvel but then create you're own characters instead of using marvels ones.

please just think about this because even though the people here can get annoying at some times i've still enjoyed my time here and i'm sure that everybody else has and we really dont want to see this community destroyed so suddenly.

yup that is true this ain't fair we vets have seen many things happen to the site and this is BS and for you vips out there I know you'll be pissed becuz you wasted your time :buttrock: but we must move on

i don't care about the time i sent. i know it all went to support the site, and as long as it help a little i'm straight. :)

guy's i'm just as pissed off as you are about this happening but you dont seem to understand the situation. marvel have copyrights over all of the marvel characters so they have the right to distribute them as they please but they also have the rights to request that their content is taken off sites as well.

and continuously sending this guy e-mails may just make the problem worse especially if you send stuff like you're posting right now. the best thing to do is just to send a calm e-mail stating the facts (ssjkarma would probably be pretty good at this since he always seems to get all of the neccassary points into all his posts) and hope like hell that they listen and allow this site to stay running.

or we can all accept the fact that this site is finished and try to presuade tmy to make a new site with completely new characters which aren't taken from another site so that nobody can say that he has to remove the site because of a breach of copyright. and this is what i think we should try to do because although it would mean more work for tmy i'm sure he would find all the help he needs from the members if he just asks for it.

or we can ask him to keep this forum for us

coolplayer dubya tee eff is that going to accomplish...sending them a virus is just going to completely eliminate our chances of getting the site back...i know this sux and i'm pissed off about it as well cos i've been here for a long time now but you have to understand that i is just a site and even though it was incredibly good especially considering it was all made by 1 guy it's still just a site and theres no point in getting so angry becase tmy will have been prepared for something like this since he began making the site.

so dont send them any hate mail or viruses because if you do then there is absoulutely 0% chance of the site getting back and doing so may also get tmy or your selves into even more trouble.
