Same old Selvin... Do you have any idea what this topic is about? Defaulting turbo mode wont, all of a sudden, make this game have even more lag. It simply means instead of the diamond shape being highlighted on the leftside,will now be highlight on the right side.This game wont go into complete chaos because of it. i'll even promise u that. i'm going to give a guess here and say that at least 90 of the people here click and play on turbo mode,so in the end this suggestion will help a lot of ppl playing this game

AXE:I asked for a VALID reason. All you gave me was what You feel about it, instead of your reasoning, thoughts, or examples to back up your argument.If you agree with them. tell me why?

Can someone please give me an unbiased and valid reason why turbo should not be the default on the character selection screen?

ONE: Whether it is on turbo or normal, everyone will still lag, due to the differences of interent speed of players.So not only will u have a lagged game. youwill have a slow game too.
TWO:Consider othe people who have gone through the same troubles as i have. maybe you can just simple click on turbo. But, there are times when the game freezes and people have to end up fighting in normal mode, which they hate.
Three.Tarkan, big mistake. Turbo mode was probably your only chance of winning.What areyou going to do now, order people to fight you on normal?
Four: most games that are in normal mode, the matches usually ends up in a time out. and who wants a long and trite match?
And i think not a lot of people play in normal mode and that is why they aren ow assuming that some how by playing normal mode, its will get rid of lag.This is not the case. I have played on normal mode and the game still lags.

I'll give you you're reasons.

Turbo is laggier, even when it seems it isn't because you don't notice some minor bugs on high speeds. Turbo is nice and fast, but a pain in the butt to play against some people. Play against somebody with a laggy connection and it defaults to turbo and you might as well pray. Also, you generally have two to three seconds to select Turbo on the screen when it appears. Why can't you? It only 'freezes' AFTER you choose one, which means you accidentally SELECTED turbo. I know this, because I have done it before.

Normal is much better as a default. You aren't messed over quite as much if it defaults to normal with a laggy opponent, MVC2.

becuase his low punch cheat (a bug exploited is a cheat)
cant be done in normal.. he sucks and wants to make his cheating a bit easier. thank you =)
