charlie should charge for regulars while the vips can get do the v > p action

To me it dose not really matter because I just want to really use charlie and no it is not cheap.

i dont give a dam about charlie but only cus i ant got any of the games so i dont no wot he is like

i don't think we should have charlie at all...

but about his charging if he does get picked then i don't know who said it they said that shadow charlie(VIP if youdon't know about him) should have the quarter roll forward and the norms have to charge...

I think charlie should still come to SFO charging or no charging I want him to still be here.

If charge is impossible, his moves still shouldn't be switched to QCF action. Maybe it should just be like <, <, >, P or sumth'n.
