evryoung8998, it's pointless to become a vip if you suck at the game or if you don't wanna contribute to the sfo program.
if your good at the game, then you would enter sponcership deal tournies to become a vip.
that's what im doin cuz i don't have a credit card (which means no paypal)
besides, Ryu (not evil ryu) is the best char in the game.... :) use his power
