well if they stopped fighting for rank than (like the other vets) they will just quit and leave so its best off if they fight for ranks

I think there should be three separate scoring systems. One for those who are below rank 500, one for those between 200-500, and one for 200-up. If u fight someone not in ur group, you don't get points if u win, or lose them if u lose (this discourages n00b-killing). Then, if ur in the top five for ur group, and have more points than the 5 ppl that are last in the other group above you, you become in last place in the higher group, and the others become first in the lower group. If u don't understand what i just said, don't worry, ur rank doesn't determine anything about u anyway.

nferno666 lost alot of time when they reseted the scores. i feal bad for him b/c he liked lived on this game. now everything went down the drain for him. sorry man

well i've been here since sept. the frist time i saw this game was in a start engine, i typed in play xmvssf online and this came up, i remember the frist fight i had was aganist a wolverine user, he asked me why aren' u doing anything? i told him i can't cuz i don't know how to play, then he told me the buttons for the game, after that match he berker barraged my a$$ to death, then a few weeks later i found out how to do round house, that was like my special (its stupid i know but we all have to start some where :) ) then i started to get better and better, after that i like a week later i saw it said Congrats TarkanX our newest tournament winner, i've seen that article since i found out about this site, but i never bother to read it, but then i just did it and when alittle down and it said * something about this new air move* so i tried it on practice mode, and it worked then i just learned how to do the hadoken, after that i practiced on it, i got better, but then like a week after i finally fought the legend TarkanX,he had to beat me kinda fast cuz the phone rag, so he did in like 10 secs , as like many others i knew i wasnt going to win, but i just fought him to see how far i would get, well i didnt get to far :D but i told tarkanx if he would give me some matches just for training and he said yes, then we started to fight, then i asked him some questions, about how he got as good as he was, such and such, he told me its just practice, then as the weeks went by i changed my name, then i started to fight alittle better, i finally knew how to take out my partner, cuz b4 i thought they would just come out by themselfs lol :D i still didn't stand much of a chance, but i still kept trying,i did beat him 1 round tho but it was a very long time ago, well what i'm trying to say is, this game isn't as it used to be, it was actually fun b4, now its all about ranks

If tarkanX and other some ohter vet's don't care about rank so much why are they almost always in top 10 ? no offence just a question :eh:

I think ranks are fun, they may not show how good the person is and stuff, but it's still fun to see if you can be number 1. Like a goal to the game. it's a game in a game :corky:

The true player enters the online game whit all of his skills at the server ,not caring about any ranks :sneaky2:
