Well, this may be a bit late, but here is a way to combo into Hyper Megaman/Hyper Roll: dash in, lk, hk (launcher), lp, lk, mp, mk, Hyper Megaman/Hyper Roll. If you do this correctly, then you'll hit them into the blasts. It works for me, so you may as well try it once. ;)
