actually, RD is quite cheap as of now...as i almost NEVER use helpers, and certainly not to stop a super, thats out of the question for me. (Im stubborn that way)

I was once doing a lightning kick (chun li) about 1/3 screen away from akuma, and he did a Raging demon. He proceeded to start the move by moving towards me, and went straight through my lightning kick as if NOTHING was being done. Then it was lights out, and i died---half my life was taken.

doesnt sound kosher to me

At this point, lag can no longer explain Akuma's glitch. I've experimented w/ him 3 times just to be sure.

As Akuma was about to do his RD, as soon as it started, I called out Blanka. It stopped the RD. We both sat there for about half a second, then the screen went black, and half my life gone.

Once again, Akuma was preparing to do his RD. When it started, I was very close to him and did a hadouken. It stopped him, we both sat there for half a second, the screen went black, and half my life gone.

And I still think the problem is lag..
See when the fighter excecutes it on his screen, it goes through and he's fine.. He assumes he has done the move..
But then on your screen, you manage to block it at the last moment and think it's over.. but because he already did it on his screen, the packets of data might still be transferred to your PC and then it shows up on your screen moments later.. even after you blocked it.. So I really do not know what the remedy is.. :biggrin:

well the worst akuma glitch i've seen yet was when i used RD on somebody about a second after he called out dr doom, i teleported towards him and the screen went black and i got hit canceling the RD but it still did the full damadge to the guy even though it only got about 2 hit's off.
