bg is too plain
blending is ok
use only 1 pic per banner
its 2 big in height

You don't always have to use 1 pic per banner, sometimes u have to change ur style a little man.

well u had to put 2 pic cuz ur banner was 2 plain
and u had to cover it up with a pic
