Erm Thats Not How I Expectid It I Wanted It More Or Less Like Resident Evils Bottom Banner. The Silver Stuff Surrounding His Banner Thats An Outline! I Dont Want It Like His Though Sorry For Any Trouble. :)

snakesman, if youwant an outline like the one in my banner i could do it for ya.

attacted whats attacted? Anyway, you could just make the outline and use magic wand to fill the outline with the picture. After that you could put on the animation yourself.

u can't. Depend if he save it as a Pdp somethin like that. then he can fix the banner. But if he just save it as a GIF. then he can't do nothig about it. I try to do it. But the picture of ryu doing the hadoken is screwing me up.

You could make it still and put the animation after you have finished with the still part of the picture. Although i cannot put it in the same place it was in the picture. To tell the truth it would be better just to have ryu as still. And it doesnt matter what he saved it as you can just change the format yourself.

The only way to do it. If he's does the background then i do the outline and add the animation. It's more easy that way

It's that i'm just telling him that u can't remove that Ryu doing the hadoken. Cuz if i remove it and it will be white as a mini background. And if i put it back to make it animation it be moving but you still see part of white as a background.
