try a mixture of black and red. tell me how it comes out. just a suggestion though.

hmm you mean stroke red inside black? or inside read outside black o.o or just alternations of black and red oo

try the stroke black one, with a drak red, put it at a low cpacity though.

the new font u made isnt good enuff, try this.... since ur bg has a bit of a 3d veiw anyways do this... make the font red.... then while ur on the layer where u wrote ur text... go to layer>layer style and click on 'Drop shadow' make a redish shadow and lower its opacity then from the same window move to 'Inner shadow' play around with that a bit then move to 'Bevel and Emboss' this will give u a 3d effect... make the size 0 and depth 10% or sumthin jus play around with that... then move to 'Color Overlay' make sum changes if ya need... the finally go to 'Stroke' make the size 1 and jus finsh playing around with the colors and u shouw get a red black 3dish color. Here's an example u can come up with:
