SFO Archive Forums - Situation in iraq - Its late but i havent been here..

Where should I start oh boy dont even want to jump on the political train again. Did it so much after 9/11 on different forums I visit. To be honest yes the war is to gain OIL not to um well "free the iraqi people". Though dont blame bush for this Im shure his political advisors share equal blame or greater. You see though if not going to war with Iraq America would surfer GREATER loses than NOT going to war. Though the idea was carefully planned once 9/11 hit. THERE ARE TERRORIST THREATS EVERYDAY IN AMERICA!!!!!!! The secret service however spoils 99.9% of them before they occur. Seeing the oppertunity at hand of the attacks America's secret service LET IT HAPPEN. Yes they let the attacks occur only to unfold the greater plan.
They were right and um well thought out. Though they had yet another problem to face. That was the MEDIA yes the media caught on to this pretty fast. Asking why wasnt this prevented when we knew they were going to do the attack on the world trade center and pentagon. Though dont know how but they got out of the media's hot seat. Maybe it was George bush speeches while standing on top of the rubble holding the American flag. Maybe people was just blinded by the tragic deaths either way bush and his advisors managed to get out of it. Then they needed a reason now to actually go to war with IRAQ or "Terror" whatever you want to call it.
Somehow they had to find a reason so they stood to thier strengths. Which ofcourse was the the threat of WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION. Well um that was the most used phrase in 2001-2003. They had to express this fact to put a cause of war on Saddam. Just so happens Saddam is known for killing his own people and putting them to death without cause. So the plan was comming along. Though America just couldnt go into war alone. Americas economy was already struggling along. Yes America could go to war alone with thier superior Elite Air Force dominating the skys of the world. buT that would be foolish because you need other countries agreeing with what you're doing.
So it was time to call upon to thier Allies the biggest one who helped was Great Britain with thier great armed forces they could EAISLY wipe out Iraq MAIN defenses without America LOSING A LITTLE IF ANY thing while doing so. Though they didnt want to look like they were coming in just for the oild ofcourse. So they had to make up another cover up story. Which was giving Saddam and his sons 48hrs to leave iraq. OFCOURSE they knew he wouldnt so the plan was perfect. To make a long political story short bush had no other choice but to go along with his advisors on the war against Iraq. Though in the end the Iraqi people will gain more than loss. Now that America basically owns Iraq now things will be more what shall i say "comfortable for them". Though once this war is basically over and the contining assault on the American troops stop. Then Iraq will reap the fruits of thier labor. New schools for learning, better jobs, and a new future to a once dead people.
Hey if you found anything in here offensive well um its ok because everyone is different. If you think we really did go to war to "save" the "iraqi people" then you're obviously not too bright. Think of it this way Saddam may have killed thousands of iraqi people. Though from the assault called "Shock and Ah" ALOT of civilians even with the perfect aiming of each shot.
