You're crazy, The rank is the only reason I play since the game always lags.

I hate the fact half the time my shockwave messes up and I lose,but you know whatever...aslong as I can play.
Besides it's a good way to know who is the best.

rank has its pros and cons.

eg, rank keeps ppl playing, but it can make ppl cheap (all the ryu users who have "skill")

but on a serious note, i am actully sorta concerned about ppls health o O. i just see ppl on the game for 8 hours non stop, entering the chat, !!! JOIN MY GAME !!!, 5 mins later, they come back in, and repeat. they need to get out =/

You got bored of topic about ranks? That why I made this topic about people wanting to change the rank or be a #### about what rank they have.

If everyone here in the forum joined the site without ranks, it probably wouldn't even care to yall about ranks getting taken. Now would yall? Plus what does raks give you. You lose it the next day you come back and plus just because of your rank doesn't mean your good or bad.

Ranks on this site are random and isn't given to you by skill. See look at my rank now. It like 3000 something But I have like 110 wins. But I guess most of you can't enjoy this good game without useless numbers next to your name. I know everyone has their own opinions but just because someone has a good rank doesn't mean their mr. or mrs bigshot.

Actually "those" numbers you refer too arent useless infact they play an important role in the SFO community. You see people play games including this one for the competitive aspect. Yes some people might not play the WANT them too and thats good because everyones different. If someone is cheap, learn to counter it everything in this game can be countered if not its either a glitch or caused not by poor programming by Tmyapp but lag. You see if you only learn to advance above the difficulties then you wouldnt have a problem. I rarely play this game, for one Im too busy to play any games these days, especially mastering any games.
Anyhow though the ranking system will stay Tmyapp put it there for good. It may be upgraded but not removed so get use to it. Put it this way taking the ranking system off a game like this is like taking the superbowl from nfl. It has to be even if you or in the nfl case your team doesnt win. Like the Superbowl yes it can make people mad, fight, and do some crazy things because they didnt win. Though without the Supwerbowl what would the players have to look forward to. Hope you understand why the Ranking system was put up now.

I think that people should be ranked by wins alone.

Just leave it straight up.

i dont really mind the rankings, although it is annoying when people will only play high ranked people, and especially when the high ranks are full of cheap ####s.


i'm pretty sure that a while back nosoul devised a new ranking system which would base it more on skill, than on just wins.

it was something like it kept a record of how you won the match (eg with a super, helper, perfect etc)

that way you get a better idea on how the person plays, so if a #### made it up to 1st place you'd be able to see that he is a ####.
