Nah... just like the shinryuken was tweaked a bit in order to increase it's "connecting" potential... of course, due to the ever continuing battle with lag that we face. The Shinpuu Jinrai kyaku would stay the way it is.. so that at least once in a while it'll do some damage :biggrin:
